Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with OpenFX’s business goals and rapid growth.
- Lead global talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and secure top-tier talent.
- Oversee all aspects of people operations, including compensation, benefits, performance management, and HRIS.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture, fostering employee engagement, development, and well-being across all teams.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, compliance, and complex employee relations matters.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing People Operations team to support organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Proven track record (10+ years) in a senior People Operations, HR leadership, or Talent Management role.
- Experience building and scaling HR functions within a fast-paced technology or fintech startup environment.
- Deep expertise in global HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and influential communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cultural initiatives and foster a positive, productive work environment.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting with a strong focus on execution.
