Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, development, and retention for internal employees.
  • Lead and mentor the internal People and HR team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and HR best practices in the UK.
  • Drive initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance company culture.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to leadership on organizational development and change management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior HR or People leadership role, ideally within a recruitment or fast-paced service industry.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary HR practices, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective HR strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR compliance.
  • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
