Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support Bite Talent’s growth objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, development, and retention for internal employees.
- Lead and mentor the internal People and HR team members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and HR best practices in the UK.
- Drive initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance company culture.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to leadership on organizational development and change management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior HR or People leadership role, ideally within a recruitment or fast-paced service industry.
- Strong understanding of contemporary HR practices, talent management, and employee relations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective HR strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR compliance.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
