Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the quality assurance and quality control functions within the syringe plant.
- Develop and implement quality strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Oversee all quality-related activities, including audits, inspections, and investigations.
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure the safe delivery and reliable administration of drugs to the patient.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a quality management role within a medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality systems, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO 13485, GMP).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
