Key Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the product vision and strategy for the Muslima product line, aligning with overall company objectives.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation, research, development, launch, and post-launch iteration.
• Conduct in-depth market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to understand the unique needs and preferences of Muslim professionals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Mentor, manage, and grow a high-performing product team, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to drive data-informed product decisions and optimizations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or Head of Product role.
• Demonstrated understanding of and sensitivity to the cultural and professional needs of the Muslim community.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products, preferably within marketplace or career tech platforms.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
