Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of the bank’s overall project portfolio.
• Oversee project managers and teams, ensuring adherence to project methodologies and standards.
• Develop and implement robust project governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all projects align with HD Bank’s strategic objectives and business priorities.
• Provide regular reporting on portfolio status, key metrics, and financial performance to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project portfolio management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience in managing and mentoring project teams.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince2 certification is highly desirable).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
