Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall QA strategy, framework, and best practices across product development.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the design and execution of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test automation strategies for complex ecommerce solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product management, development, and DevOps teams to integrate QA activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Establish and monitor key quality metrics and KPIs to track product quality and team performance.
• Drive initiatives for process optimization, tool selection, and adoption of new testing methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior QA leadership role, preferably as a Head of QA or QA Manager, within a software product company.
• Strong background in testing complex enterprise-level applications, B2B ecommerce platforms, or marketplace solutions.
• Expertise in test automation frameworks, performance testing, security testing, and various testing methodologies.
• Solid understanding of headless commerce, microservices architecture, and cloud-native environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
