Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all rigging operations for entertainment productions and events.
- Ensure the highest safety standards are met for all rigging equipment and procedures.
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of rigging systems across the resort.
- Coordinate seamlessly with production teams, technical directors, and external vendors.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of dedicated rigging technicians.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and emergency plans related to rigging.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in rigging for large-scale entertainment venues, theaters, or resorts.
- Strong knowledge of rigging principles, equipment, and international safety regulations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
