Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies and policies.
- Identify, assess, and monitor various types of risks across the group’s investments and operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide strategic advice to senior management on risk mitigation and control measures.
- Lead and develop the risk management team.
- Prepare regular risk reports for executive management and the board of directors.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in risk management, preferably within investment management or financial services.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Master’s degree or professional certifications in finance, risk management, or a related field are advantageous.
