Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.

- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the food & beverage, retail, or self-serve solutions industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the European context.
- Proficiency in German and English is highly advantageous.
