Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop comprehensive sales and remarketing strategies for the Nordic region.
- Drive revenue growth and market share expansion for used car sales.
- Manage and optimize all remarketing channels and processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and remarketing team.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an executive sales leadership role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and remarketing processes in the Nordic markets.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a strong asset.
