Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience (10+ years) in a service solutions or related management role.
  • Strong background in automation, industrial engineering, or the food industry.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects and diverse international teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant technical field.
