Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all technical and operational aspects of stage productions.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head of Stage or in a similar leadership role within entertainment/hospitality.
- Strong understanding of stage technology, lighting, sound, and AV systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage complex technical operations and diverse teams.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
