Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sales and partnership plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, engage, and secure new strategic partners, key accounts, and business opportunities.
- Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures with a focus on long-term value.
- Drive market expansion and introduce Ulriken643’s unique offerings to new customer segments.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and identify growth areas.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in strategic sales, business development, or partnership management.
- Demonstrated track record of success in securing and growing significant accounts or partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a closely related field.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, coupled with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, preferably within the tourism, hospitality, or leisure sector.
