Gargash Group is seeking a Head of Technology Service Delivery in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role will oversee the delivery of technology services to support the group’s diverse business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of technology services across the Gargash Group.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure and applications.
- Manage IT service desk operations and end-user support.
- Develop and implement IT service management best practices.
- Oversee vendor management and contract negotiations for technology services.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the IT service delivery function.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior technology service delivery role.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and diverse IT projects.
- Knowledge of the automotive, real estate, and financial services sectors is a plus.
