Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for cabin crew, focusing on safety and service excellence.
• Ensure all training initiatives comply with international aviation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage the US-Bangla Crew Training Facility, fostering a high-performance learning environment.
• Oversee cabin safety procedures and emergency response training protocols.
• Continuously evaluate and update training modules to reflect industry best practices and company policies.
• Collaborate with operational departments to enhance overall flight safety and passenger experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in aviation training, specifically in cabin crew operations or safety management.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with a track record of developing and mentoring teams.
• In-depth knowledge of international aviation regulations and safety standards (e.g., ICAO, IATA IOSA/ISAGO).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to relocate to Bangladesh and adapt to a new operational environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Education, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
