Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the wigs, hair, and makeup department for all entertainment productions.
- Develop and execute creative concepts, designs, and styles in alignment with show requirements.
- Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and inventory for the department.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of skilled artists and technicians.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety are maintained.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within wigs, hair, and makeup for live entertainment or theater.
- Extensive portfolio demonstrating expertise in various styles and techniques.
- Strong understanding of theatrical makeup, wig styling, and hair design.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
