Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the waitstaff to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
• Manage table reservations and guest seating to optimize flow and guest satisfaction.
• Train new staff members on service standards, menu knowledge, and operational procedures.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, well-maintained, and set up according to standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Waiter or similar supervisory role in a high-end restaurant.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including fine dining etiquette.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
