Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive health education programs for patients and the wider community.
• Provide individual and group counseling on disease prevention, healthy lifestyles, and chronic disease management.
• Assess patient educational needs and create tailored health plans and interventions.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.
• Prepare and distribute engaging educational materials, presentations, and workshops.
• Maintain accurate records of health education activities and patient progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Health Educator or in a similar role within a healthcare setting.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of health promotion principles, behavior change theories, and public health practices.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations and cultural backgrounds.
• Proficiency in developing and delivering impactful educational content.
