Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSSE) standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
• Support the development and delivery of QHSSE training programs for employees.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, preparing reports and recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant local and international QHSSE regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with various departments to promote a proactive safety culture within the company.

Requirements

• Foundational understanding or strong interest in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new safety protocols and technologies.
• Proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Basic knowledge of local QHSSE regulations and best practices is a plus.
