Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Ensure full compliance with local, national, and international health and safety legislation.
- Lead accident and incident investigations, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide expert health and safety training and guidance to all personnel.
- Prepare and present detailed H&S performance reports to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Health & Safety Manager, preferably within the construction sector.
- In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and safety audits.
- Relevant health and safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture.
