Key Responsibilities
- Operate heavy dozing equipment to achieve final grade specifications accurately and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-operational checks and maintenance on equipment.

- Monitor ground conditions and adjust operating techniques as necessary.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure project timelines are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator, specifically with finish dozers.
- Ability to interpret grade stakes, blueprints, and other construction documents.
- Strong understanding of heavy equipment operation and safety procedures.
- Physical ability to sit for long periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
