Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver products to customers’ homes following scheduled routes and timelines.
- Professionally assemble various products according to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
- Ensure all deliveries and assemblies are completed with high quality, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service during all delivery and assembly interactions, addressing inquiries professionally.
- Handle all products with care to prevent damage during transit and installation processes.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and operational policies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in delivery, assembly, logistics, or a related customer service field.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately follow complex assembly instructions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items as required for product delivery and assembly.
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license and a clean driving record is essential.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
