Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory role, preferably within the logistics, food delivery, or e-commerce sector.
• Strong understanding of operational processes, efficiency metrics, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team.
• Ability to thrive and maintain composure in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure work environment.
• A proactive problem-solving attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in utilizing operational management software and tools.
