Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for hospital accounts within the Ho Chi Minh City Metropolitan Area.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in hospital channels.
- Drive sales performance and achieve ambitious targets for GSK’s pharmaceutical products in assigned hospitals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with medical, marketing, and market access teams to ensure optimal product positioning.
- Ensure strict adherence to all local regulations and GSK’s high ethical standards in all sales activities.
Requirements
- Proven significant experience in pharmaceutical sales, specifically within hospital channels.
- Strong understanding of the Vietnamese healthcare landscape and hospital procurement processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a valuable member of a cross-functional team.
- A consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is highly preferred for effective communication.
