Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all stages of hospitality project fit-out and delivery, including hotels and resorts.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams, external contractors, and suppliers to maintain project quality and scope.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings, providing comprehensive updates to all stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Proven mid-senior level experience in project management, specifically within hospitality fit-out, construction, or real estate development.
  • Strong understanding of real estate development processes and hotel operational requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
