Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage hospitality support operations across multiple conservation-led camps.
- Ensure the efficient functioning of IT systems and infrastructure supporting guest services.
- Implement and maintain high standards for exceptional guest experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with camp managers to address and resolve operational challenges promptly.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance overall hospitality service delivery and support.
- Provide training and support to staff on new systems and hospitality best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or IT support within the luxury travel sector.
- Strong understanding of operational requirements for remote conservation-led camps.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Commitment to Wilderness’s conservation ethos and sustainable tourism principles.
- Flexibility to travel and work extensively in remote African locations.
