Key Responsibilities

- Support the Gaming Marketing team with promotional activities, events, and guest engagement.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and operational flow.
- Adhere strictly to all company standards, service protocols, and regulatory requirements.
