Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome all guests to Pierre Hermé with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest waiting lists efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure a seamless flow of guests and optimize seating capacity in the establishment.
• Provide excellent customer service, promptly addressing guest inquiries and concerns politely.
• Maintain a pristine and organized front-of-house area, including the reception and waiting zones.
• Collaborate effectively with the service team to enhance overall guest satisfaction and experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hostess or customer service role, preferably within a luxury retail or Food & Beverage environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on guest interaction.
• A consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a valuable asset.
