Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance.
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on best practices for efficient and effective cleaning.
- Develop and update cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize operations.
- Address guest feedback related to cleanliness promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar cleanliness management role.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness.
