Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel.

  • Oversee the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Train and guide housekeeping staff on best practices for efficient and effective cleaning.
  • Develop and update cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize operations.
  • Address guest feedback related to cleanliness promptly and effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar cleanliness management role.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness.
