Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet Aloft Hotels’ cleanliness standards.
• Oversee the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain immaculate presentation throughout the hotel.
• Train and supervise cleaning staff on best practices and safety protocols.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any cleanliness-related issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is a plus.
