Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
• Service guest rooms daily, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and tidying spaces.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform duties requiring bending, lifting, and standing.
• Basic communication skills; English proficiency is a plus.
