Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all guest rooms and public areas.
- Implement and ensure adherence to W Hotels’ unique styling and aesthetic guidelines throughout the property.
- Conduct regular inspections to promptly identify and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the housekeeping and styling teams on best practices and brand standards.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless and luxurious guest experience.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and styling elements, ensuring efficiency and quality control.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or styling, preferably within a luxury hospitality brand.
- Exceptional eye for detail and a strong passion for aesthetics and immaculate presentation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to hotel operations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
