Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas, to high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Perform daily tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Replenish room supplies, amenities, and linens according to established procedures.
- Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storing of linens and towels.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly to supervision.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company cleaning protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or in a similar role, preferably 10+ years.
- Familiarity with various cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
