Key Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms according to Hilton standards.
• Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms and bathrooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
• Handle guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping services.
• Ensure all housekeeping carts are properly stocked and organized.
