Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas according to Fairmont’s high standards.
- Ensure all guest rooms are stocked with necessary amenities and supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with the housekeeping team and other departments for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Good physical stamina, capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role in hospitality is a plus.
