Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and public areas.
• Replenish room amenities and supplies as per Rotana standards.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
