    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
    • Ensure the pristine condition and presentation of all spa facilities, changing rooms, and relaxation areas.
    • Perform daily cleaning tasks in accordance with established Raffles Hotels & Resorts standards and procedures.
    • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
    • Replenish and organize amenities, towels, and supplies in designated public and spa areas.
    • Adhere to health and safety regulations and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

    Requirements

    • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction in a luxury environment.
    • Ability to work efficiently and meticulously, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Good physical stamina for tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
