Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of housekeeping attendants, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure meticulous presentation.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide staff.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with guests and staff.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by business demands.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a distinct advantage.
