Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure efficient performance.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet Sofitel’s standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns regarding housekeeping services.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in housekeeping is a plus.
