Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate housing arrangements for staff and/or students efficiently.
• Oversee the maintenance, readiness, and allocation of residential properties.
• Address and resolve tenant inquiries, concerns, and housing-related issues promptly.
• Ensure strict compliance with all housing policies, procedures, and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of housing allocations, inventory, and agreements.
• Liaise with internal departments and external service providers for housing-related services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in housing management, property administration, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and be a proactive problem-solver.
• Proficiency in using administrative software and maintaining comprehensive records.
• A solid understanding of residential policies, tenancy agreements, and tenant relations.
