Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR administrative tasks such as onboarding new hires and managing employee documentation.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Fluency in German and English is highly preferred due to the location and international guests/staff.
