Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support HR administrative tasks such as onboarding new hires and managing employee documentation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
  • Fluency in German and English is highly preferred due to the location and international guests/staff.
