Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within the IT or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and coaching abilities.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools.
