Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within the tech or staffing and recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, best practices, and international employment laws, including the UAE.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills to effectively engage with all levels of staff.
• Ability to thrive and work effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and AI-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders strategically.
