Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the Oil and Gas sector.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and local labor regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
