Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the Oil and Gas sector.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and local labor regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
