Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support.
- Lead and continuously improve end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
- Manage annual salary and bonus cycles, including data analysis and communication.
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters, ensuring compliance with UAE laws.
- Drive culture, engagement, and recognition initiatives aligned with DHL values.
- Lead Talent Management (LEADS) and Great Place to Work (GPTW) initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist.
- Strong experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver business-focused HR solutions.
- Hands-on expertise across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations.
- Sound knowledge of UAE employment legislation and HR compliance.
- Confident user of HR systems, digital tools, and HR data.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
