Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support.
  • Lead and continuously improve end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
  • Manage annual salary and bonus cycles, including data analysis and communication.
  • Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters, ensuring compliance with UAE laws.
  • Drive culture, engagement, and recognition initiatives aligned with DHL values.
  • Lead Talent Management (LEADS) and Great Place to Work (GPTW) initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist.
  • Strong experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver business-focused HR solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations.
  • Sound knowledge of UAE employment legislation and HR compliance.
  • Confident user of HR systems, digital tools, and HR data.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
