In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in our employee life cycle events, and serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, eager to learn, possess a keen eye for process improvement, and demonstrate a robust technical skill set.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Communicate with the broader HR team to ensure consistency of policies, practices, and operations.
    • Respond to employee inquiries by providing information, guidance, and direction on programs, processes, and procedures.
    • Serve as a main point of contact for employee data and maintain digital employee files ensuring up-to-date and accurate data.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 1 + of Human Resources related experience preferred
    • Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly
    • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships
