Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR data across all systems.
• Collaborate with HR teams to identify data needs, reporting requirements, and analytical solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR data analytics tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in HR data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Expertise in HRIS systems and data management best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data clearly.
