Key Responsibilities
- Maintain physical or digital employee files.
- Prepare and submit tickets to the Global People Services team for updating HR system data.
- Review employee payroll claims, gain approvals, and prepare tickets for HR and payroll system updates.
- Act as the point of contact for employees on general, payroll, and timesheet queries.
- Generate documents such as offer letters, verification of employment, and salary letters.
- Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding processes, including orientation sessions and exit interviews.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of administrative experience; HR admin experience is advantageous.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HR Systems, e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Alfresco, etc.
