Key Responsibilities
- Assist with various HR administrative tasks, including documentation and record-keeping.
- Support recruitment processes, such as posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Help organize and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, gaining exposure to different HR functions.
- Maintain and update employee information in HR systems with accuracy.
- Provide general support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
