Windmills Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources functions in their Dubai office. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives, ensuring a high-performing and compliant workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program in alignment with market standards.
  • Assess training needs, apply and monitor training programs effectively.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, especially concerning UAE labor laws.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience working within the UAE market is a strong advantage.
